After 3 decades in the auto recycling industry building close to a 2 million per month sales team, I decided to expand my horizons. I now share my passion for teaching and learning by helping others.

I have often said that you can't train experience, however you can coach and teach based on that experience. If results are what you are looking for then you can stop looking and set up a coaching session, a sales school or a day of motivation for your team. Your team will have fun, learn a process, get motivated, improve their warranty sales, brokering and close rates and hopefully themselves
“I have been through quite a few training classes in my 20 plus years sales career. I've taken classes from big names like Cardone and Ziglar, to people no one has ever heard of and whose names I cannot recall. What makes one course stand out over the others? Whether I got something out of it or not. I was skeptical of Tom Bessler and crew. Never heard of any of them and how much skill and knowledge went into selling auto parts, really? Turns out, a lot. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I learned from the course. The material is presented in a concise format. Everything from keeping a customer engaged on the phone to resetting a call. They provided industry specific word tracks that will help even seasoned veterans close more sales. That's the whole point of any sales class. Teach me something that will close more sales. Tom delivered on that front. His personal knowledge of sales and long time industry experience make him a fount of information. He's also entertaining to listen to, but don't tell him I said that. "I want to start off by saying that I'm in real estate sales but I think much of the training out there is applicable to any field of your career choice. Having said that, I have been to a few different real estate conferences and sales training courses. I've taken away great pointers and tips that have been invaluable to my business and moving forward with plans for success! However, with some sales training you get more run of the mill info, tips, & pointers and walk away not having learned much. However, from numerous run-ins and training from Tom Bessler, I can truly say that a lot of his training and sales skills is very applicable in today's world! Most of all, I think Tom is a people person and that's where he really gets into the nitty-gritty of sales because sales is a contact sport. Tom uses humor, relevance of the industry, and life applications to bring in all different facets of sales training to give you the best bang for your buck! I would recommend Tom Bessler to anybody.
