Full day group sales training.
Breakfast and lunch provided. Your sales team will improve their selling skills, learn a process for selling, get motivated, and interact with other sales professionals from other companies for a great networking opportunity. If you have a large sales team of 10 or more, you can have a full day of training just for your team.
2 hrs of sales training and 2 hrs of motivation session that is typically scheduled in conjunction with an employee appreciation day or a trade group conference. This will help
re-energize, re-focus and motivate your team. Employees that interact with each other outside of work, tend to work together better as a team. We will stay the entire day interacting with your team and answering any questions they may have.
Personal remote sales training in 1 hr. sessions can be arranged and scheduled. The training sessions are to be used in conjunction with recorded calls. So with that in mind you will need to have a phone system that can record calls to be exported for training. Obviously, salesmanship is a skill that some are born with; however, gifted sellers, as well as normal humans, can learn a process that will help them score their calls and get the sales results needed for your return on investment.
Presentations at industry events, URG, ARA, Team PRP, Midwest, state associations etc. Sales, motivation, team building, growing pains and all things recycling.
