Tom has been growing along with the company since 1985. His family has been growing as well!  Tom met his wife Laurie the same year he entered the auto recycling business. Tom and his wife, Laurie, have been married since 1989 and have five children, a son and daughter-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. Tom has served on the board of Team PRP (Premium Recycled Parts) and URG (United Recyclers Group).  He has also held the seat of Training Chair for Team PRP.  While acting as the Training Chair Tom worked with the ARA (Automotive Recyclers Association) to partner with them on training, using the ARA training platform KPA online for all PRP members. In addition to making the ARA training available at a significant discount, Tom worked hand in hand with Avi Pelk, PRP board members and other volunteers to roll out the PRP membership and operations guide. Tom also worked in conjunction with Charlie Martin and Mike Jones to roll out several training conferences and meetings for PRP.  Tom was also instrumental in rolling out the core program in the PRP Midwest group along with the guidance and support of Benny Cunningham while referring to the core program proof of concept  that was working well in the PRP Mid Atlantic region. Tom has participated in many conferences and has been asked to speak on several occasions. Tom has also lead sales training boot camps for several groups of sales people, while helping them hone their skills to make significant improvements in their sales numbers. Tom is an industry leader in  developing and leading  best in class warranty programs that have been proven to produce significant warranty sales, and record profits.  Tom would love to share his knowledge and experience with you and your team.
